503에러가 나옵니다

여기 글들과 유튜브 영상들 공부하며 데이터베이스와 제가 만든 프로젝트를 연결해서 올리는 것에는 성공했습니다 그래서 실행로그를 보면

이렇게 나옵니다

그런데 실행중으로 끝나는게 아니라 계속 시작중에서 멈춰있고 접속하려고 하면 503에러가 발생합니다 어떻게 해야할까요
