Allow Redis to allocate 0.25GB of memory as well

In nodejs, the minimum memory can start from 0.25GB, but redis database starts from 0.5GB

The redis db I'm using now is using less than 4MB of ram, but even with the minimum in the deployment settings, it's allocated too much ram
And I wish all services could customize the ram allocation, not just the default one
